When contacting us for technical help please be sure to include the following in your email/fax:

1. Your product registration number.
2. Where you purchased the product.
3. A concise description of the problem.
4. The operating system you are running SI_SCOPE on. Please be sure to include any service packs you may have installed.
5. The make and model of the serial card you are running SI_SCOPE on. Please be sure to include the cards architecture (PCI, PCMCIA, or ISA).
6. If you are using SIDRVR with your card please include the port addresses and IRQ's your card is using.
7. If you are using the Windows API/USB driver please indicate so.
8. The baud rate, parity, word length, and stop bit settings on the line you are trying to debug.
