The file capture feature allows you to turn file writing on and off at your discretion. With file capture on SI_SCOPE will log everything it monitors to a file called SI_SCOPE.DAT. At the end of your session you can use ScopeCfg to convert the capture file to an ASCII or binary format depending on your taste.
